Public Notice 

The City of Healdsburg, CA as sponsor for the Healdsburg Municipal Airport hereby announces a proposed overall DBE goal for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. The proposed overall goal for the FAA-AIP funded projects in FY 2022 through FY 2024 is 2.10%

Project specific information is located below:

Fiscal Year 2022: N/A 

  • No AIP Funded Project Requiring a DBE Goal

Fiscal Year 2023: 2.32%

  • Remove Taxiways A2, A3, A5, & Abandoned Pavement & Construct New Taxiway A2; Rehabilitate Taxiway Lighting and Signage

Fiscal Year 2024: N/A

  • Reconstruct North Apron (Design) - Less Than $250,000 (No DBE Required)

The City and Airport will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal until 2 PM Pacific Standard Time on February 9, 2023.  Please email these comments to lspillers@dbeplans.com.

Airport Information


The Healdsburg Municipal Airport (Airport) is situated on 45 acres of land approximately 3 miles northwest of Healdsburg, with quick access from the Lytton Springs Road exit on US Highway 101.  The Airport is owned and operated by the City of Healdsburg and administered by the City's Public Works Department.

Although outside city limits, the Airport is incorporated within the City of Healdsburg as an island. The Airport has one paved runway, 60 feet wide and 2,625 feet in length, which serves both single and twin engine aircraft under 6,000 pounds at takeoff.
