POSTPONED: Explorium Master Planning Community Engagement Events
EXPLORIUM and Dia de Los Muertos Postponed
Corazón Healdsburg and the City have decided it is not possible to safely put on the planned Día de los Muertos event on Sunday, October 27. In addition, the City of Healdsburg has also decided to postpone its EXPLORIUM park/arts master planning event scheduled for Saturday, October 26.
The ongoing fire incident directly to the north of Healdsburg, combined with the anticipated high wind events and possible power shutdowns that are expected to take place beginning Saturday evening and continuing through Monday are not conditions that can support safe and successful events for our community.
The City of Healdsburg, Corazón Healdsburg, and the American Red Cross are collaborating on the operation of an active evacuation shelter and we are redirecting our energies to supporting residents of Northern Sonoma County during this event. Please follow the City of Healdsburg’s web page www.cityofhealdsburg.org or Corazón Facebook page at facebook.com/corazonhealdsburg for any updates regarding rescheduling the event in the future.
Thank you for your understanding and support – stay safe and look out for each other.
EXPLORIUM and Dia de Los Muertos Events Pospuesto
