City Council would like your help selecting what flower, plant, or tree you think best represents our community!
The opportunity to name an official City flower, plant, or tree comes at the request of a community member during City Council's Fiscal Year 2024-25 goal setting process last year. While the grape leaf has been part of the City’s logo for many years, it's not the official flower, plant, or tree for the City.
The City asked the Healdsburg Garden Club for assistance in identifying a short list of candidates that are native to Healdsburg and have ecological, cultural, or economic value. City Council reviewed the Garden Club's nominations and wanted the opportunity for the community to provide feedback on the nominations. The survey is available in both English and Spanish:

Al Consejo Municipal le gustaría contar con su ayuda para elegir la flor, planta o árbol que mejor represente a nuestra comunidad.
La oportunidad de nombrar una flor, planta o árbol oficial de la ciudad surge a petición de un miembro de la comunidad durante el proceso de establecimiento de metas del Consejo Municipal para el año fiscal 2024-25 el año pasado. Aunque la hoja de uva ha formado parte del logo de la ciudad durante muchos años, no es la flor, planta o árbol oficial de la ciudad.
El Concejo Municipal pidió ayuda al Club de Jardinería de Healdsburg para identificar una breve lista de candidatos que fueran nativos de Healdsburg y tuvieran valor ecológico, cultural o económico. El Consejo de la Ciudad revisó las nominaciones del Club de Jardinería y quiso dar a la comunidad la oportunidad de dar su opinión sobre las nominaciones.
