What is the Net-Surplus-Compensation Rate?
Per resolution 147-2010, customers electing to be on this account structure currently receive $0.0820 per surplus kWh, paid-out on an annual basis and subject to an annual true-up fee of $30.63. This rate may change at any time. The compensation rate is the same for peak, partial-peak and off-peak periods as well as all seasons.
