Stage 3 Water Reductions in Effect
On June 7, 2021 the Healdsburg City Council declared a local drought emergency and implemented Stage 3 water restrictions. The water restrictions seek to achieve a 40% system wide reduction in water demand by establishing residential water allowances and commercial business reduction goals. All Healdsburg residents, businesses, schools, and City facilities, including parks, must cut their water use in order to sustain water supply through the dry season.
