The City of Healdsburg’s Employee Recognition Program is designed to recognize and reward employees who go beyond expectations and meet the highest standards of service to the community. Employees are recognized for distinct and extraordinary accomplishments that make significant and identifiable successes or improvements, which benefit the City of Healdsburg. Employees are recognized for excellence above and beyond the call of duty in a variety of categories, including innovation, customer service, communication, efficiency, quality of work, responsibility and leadership.
One of the City of Healdsburg’s Employee Recognition Programs is the “Pride in Public Service Award”, whereby employees and members of the community may submit nominations throughout the year for stellar service. At the end of the nomination period, a Selection Committee reviews the nominations and based on selection criteria, select the overall award winner for the year. Awardees are recognized at a City Council meeting and at an annual celebration.
